Rebate Program

Once you apply at your property and you have written James Hunter with Hunter III Homes on your application as your referral I will send you a cash rebate in the mail. Each property qualifies differently so to find out how much your rebate will be go to the rebate calculator below and fill in all the windows. I will send you a Coupon Voucher to your email inbox to hold till your check arrives in the mail.

Important notes:

o   12 month leases (or longer) offer the most rebate

o   6 -11 month leases offer less

o   Leases for less than 6 months, no rebate is offered

o   Checks can take 30 to 45 days after your move in date to arrive

o   Students will receive a 20% increase in rebate
