Rebate Program

Once you apply at your new community and you have written Hunter III Homes on your application as your locator we will send you a cash rebate in the mail. Each property qualifies differently so to determine the amount of your rebate please go to the "Rebate Calculator" below and fill in all the windows. We will send your check to your new address as soon as we receive our commission check from the property.

Important notes:

o   12 month leases (or longer) offer the most rebate

o   6 -11 month leases offer less

o   Leases for less than 6 months, no rebate is offered

o   Referral Commissions  less than $300.00, no rebate is offered

o   Checks can take 30 to 45 days after your move in date to arrive

o   Students will receive a 20% increase in rebate
